About Me
I achieved my Diploma in Counselling from Wealden Psychology Institute in Crowborough. I am a Professional Registered Member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) and work in accordance to the BACP Ethical Framework and Code of Practice.
In addition I am listed with the BACP on their Certificate of Practice “Accredited Voluntary Register”.

I am a qualified specialist Adoption Link Counsellor, trained by and working for Barnardo's as well as conducting independent counselling with adoptive families, adoptees, birth parents and grandparents working together using Attachment Focused Therapy, (72 training hours) . I have a interest and many years of experience and knowledge about Adoption and the care system. I currently work for Adoption London South and an Independent Adoption Agency in another capacity.

I had worked as a Drug and Alcohol Counsellor for 6 years with CRI and as a Primary School Counsellor. I have worked for a cancer charity providing counselling to terminally ill patients, their carers and family members.
Ongoing Continuing Professional Development courses, most recent courses in September 2020 are "Working with clients from Ethnic minority and marginalised communities post lock-down", and "Dealing with Distress: working with suicide and self harm"
